MATCH ONE

Pyro went off inside the arena as the EBWF Crowd got to their feet for the beginning of Warfare.

Mauro Ranallo: Good Evening ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to EBWF Warfare.

“Burn it Down!”

The crowd gave a mixed reaction to Seth Rollins as he headed down to the ring.

Nigel McGuinness: Seth Rollins is here to kick things off! And he has a match against the 2021 King of the Ring.

Once Seth was in the ring, colorful lights began to dance around the arena.

“Booyaka. Booyaka.”

Christy Hemme: And his opponent, from San Diego, California. He is the 2021 King of the Ring…. Rey! Mysterio!

Mauro Ranallo: Rey Mysterio is the number one contender, and will face Randy Orton at Summerslam. You have to wonder what our Gateway Champion, The Miz, has to say about that.

Nigel McGuinness: I don’t think Rey Mysterio cares at all about The Miz right now, Mauro, and that’s probably for the best. After all, where is The Miz anyway?

Mysterio jumped into the ring to the surprise of the audience who cheered the athleticism. The bell rang, and Mysterio went after Rollins’ knees, but Rollins quickly drove him into the corner. Rollins whipped him across the ring, but Mysterio came back with a slingshot head-scissor takeover. Rollins went for a sunset flip, but Mysterio rolled through and kicked him in the head. Rollins rolled to the apron, so Mysterio grabbed him by the hair. Rollins quickly snapped him off the top rope. Mysterio quickly dropped him into the ropes and went for a 619, but Rollins avoided it. Mysterio drove him into the ring post. Mysterio swung himself over the top rope, but Rollins caught him. Mysterio countered into a tornado DDT on the apron.

Mauro Ranallo: Rey seems disgusted to even have to be here.

Nigel McGuinness: He’s the King, Mauro! Of course he shouldn’t have to be here.

Mysterio drove Rollins ribs-first into the barricade before shouldering him into the apron. Mysterio sent him into the barricade again and continued to attack. Rollins quickly fought back and drove him into the steel steps. Rollins put Mysterio in the electric chair position and brought him to the commentary table. Mysterio fought it and counters into a sunset flip bomb into the barricade!

Mauro Ranallo: Love or hate Mysterio. This crowd is on their feet.

Mysterio kicked away at Rollins’ ribs. Mysterio got in the ring and went for a sliding splash out of the ring, but Rollins caught him. Rollins then connected with a falcon arrow on top of the commentary table. Rollins bounced Mysterio off the commentary table. Rollins whipped him hard into the barricade. Rollins got Mysterio in the ring and attacked his back. Rollins then whipped him hard into the corner sternum-first for a near fall. Mysterio avoided a stinger splash in the corner.

Mauro Ranallo: Mysterio is quick to his feet!

Mysterio connected with a springboard seated senton before hitting a head-scissor takeover. Rollins pushed Mysterio into the ropes and hit a wheelbarrow bulldog for a near fall. Mysterio shouldered him in the corner, but Rollins fought back and slid him out of the ring chest-first. Rollins threw him into the steal steps. Mysterio avoided a Stomp on the steel steps and slammed Rollins down on them. Mysterio laid Rollins out on the bottom half of the steps. Mysterio then hit a sliding splash out of the ring onto Rollins on the steel steps.

Nigel McGuinness: Mysterio has laid waist to Rollins!

Rey helped Rollins back into the ring, and Rollins stumbled to his feet. Rey dropped Rollins on the second rope and hit the 619!

Mauro Ranallo: Rey is going for the pin.

1…

3!

Nigel McGuinness: No surprise! Rey Mysterio is victorious!

The referee raised Rey’s hand in victory and EBWF went to commercial.

MATCH TWO

Leva Bates and Mandy Rose started the match, and Bates got a near fall after hitting a northern lights suplex. As Bates tagged in Britt Baker, Rose tagged in Lana. Lana was able to beat Baker with a rollup by using the ropes for leverage! Baker and Bates protested with the referee as Warfare went to a commercial break.

SEGMENT

Kayla Braxton: Well, that certainly was a short match. I’ve barely had time to prepare. But we will press on! Joining me now, is the longest reigning women’s champion in EBWF History, Trish Stratus.

Trish stepped into the frame.

Kayla Braxton: Trish, do you have anything to say regarding Alexa Bliss’ comments about you last week?

Trish Stratus: You know, Kayla, I work really hard to rise above, to be the bigger person, to be classy. Something Alexa knows nothing about. That fake EBWF 2K cover? She’s so trashy she probably leaked that herself. I almost feel sorry for her, because I think she truly believes that she’s the best this business has to offer. Her and her little group of whining, untalented men.

She shrugged.

Trish Stratus: So Kayla, to answer your question, I have plenty to say, but even this week hasn’t been enough time to pull my thoughts together on it. I will address Alexa Bliss, once and for all, next week in that ring. But I’m not doing it for Alexa. I’m doing it for the EBWF Universe, because they deserve it.

Trish walked off and Kayla nodded after her as EBWF went to commercial.

MATCH THREE

Mauro Ranallo: Up next, we've got the reigning Queen of the Ring Becky Lynch in action as she goes one on one with Rosemary!

Rosemary made her way to the ring first to a mixed reaction from the crowd. When she was in the ring, "Celtic Invasion" hit and the crowd cheered as Becky Lynch headed to the ring. Once Lynch was in the ring, the referee called for the bell and the two women locked up. Rosemary tried to overpower Lynch, but Lynch took her down to the mat, then applied an armbar. Rosemary managed to fight out of it, and as both women got to their feet, Rosemary whipped Lynch against the ropes. As Lynch ran back towards her, Rosemary went for a clothesline, but Becky ducked out of the way and hit Rosemary with a roundhouse kick. As Rosemary got to her feet, Lynch hit a Bex Plex, then hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... Rosemary kicked out! Lynch pulled Rosemary to her feet and whipped her into the corner, then went for the Flying Fire-arm... but Rosemary got her knees up and blocked it. As Becky staggered backwards, Rosemary climbed to the top rope and hit a diving crossbody. She hooked both legs and the referee counted – 1... 2... Lynch kicked out! Rosemary pulled Lynch to her feet and went for The Red Wedding, but Becky blocked it and whipped Rosemary against the ropes, then took her down with a clothesline. As Rosemary got to her feet, Lynch hit a hammerlock inverted DDT and hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... Rosemary kicked out!

Nigel McGuinness: Great back and forth action so far!

Lynch turned Rosemary over and went for the Dis-arm-her, but Rosemary grabbed the ropes before Becky could lock it in. Rosemary then rolled out of the ring, and Becky followed her to the outside, hitting her with a series of punches. Rosemary fought back with some right hands of her own, then threw Lynch into the ring steps! Rosemary hit Lynch with a DDT on the outside, then rolled back into the ring. The referee began counting Lynch out, but as he reached the count of 6, Becky got to her feet. She rolled back into the ring, and Rosemary grabbed her, setting her up for the Skyward Suplex... but Becky countered with a bulldog! She then hit Rosemary with vertical suplex... rolled it into a second... then hit a third!

Mauro Ranallo: Becky Lynch with the Three Amigas... I think she's trying to send a message to Raquel Diaz!

Lynch rolled Rosemary over and locked her in the Dis-arm-her! Rosemary was unable to get to the ropes, and she tapped out. The referee called for the bell and raised Becky's arm in victory.

MAIN EVENT

Mauro Ranallo: Up next, it's time for our main event. Christian Cage challenges Raven for the Breakout Championship!

"Take Over" hit and the crowd cheered as Christian made his way to the ring. When Christian was in the ring, "What About Me" hit and the crowd booed Raven as he stepped out onto the stage. Once Raven had entered the ring, he handed the Breakout Title to the referee. After Christy Hemme had introduced both superstars, the referee held up the championship and called for the bell. Christian charged towards Raven, hitting him with a series of punches before whipping him against the ropes. As Raven ran back towards him, Christian went for a back body drop, but Raven blocked it, countering with a knee smash. Christian stumbled backwards, landing on the ropes, and Raven hit him with a clothesline, sending him to the outside. Raven followed Christian out of the ring and grabbed him, hitting a Russian legsweep into the ringside barrier!

Nigel McGuinness: That looked painful... Christian Cage might have injured his neck!

Raven threw Christian back into the ring, then whipped him into the corner. Raven punched Christian in the corner several times, before taking him down with a bulldog. He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... Christian kicked out. Raven puled Christian to his feet and set him up for the Evenflow DDT... but Christian broke free and hit Raven with a snapmare, then applied a sleeper hold. As Raven tried to fight out of it, Christian pulled Raven to his feet and hit an inverted facelock backbreaker, then hooked the leg. The referee counted – 1... 2... Raven kicked out! Christian stomped on Raven several times, the pulled him to his feet and hit a suplex. He hooked the leg once more and the referee counted – 1... 2... again Raven kicked out!

Mauro Ranallo: Christian Cage in control here, but Raven isn't going down easily!

Christian pulled Raven to his feet and dragged him towards the corner, then slammed his head off the top turnbuckle. As Raven staggered backwards, Christian climbed to the top rope and went for a diving crossbody... but Raven ducked out of the way! As Christian got back to his feet, Raven rolled him up into a schoolboy! The referee counted – 1... 2... Christian kicked out just before the 3!

Nigel McGuinness: Raven almost stole a victory out of nowhere!

As both men got to their feet, Raven hit Christian with a kick to the midsection and went for the Evenflow DDT... but Christian broke free and got behind Raven, then hit him with the Unprettier! He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!

Mauro Ranallo: It's over! We have a new Breakout Champion!

The referee handed Christian the Breakout Championship, then raised his arm in victory. The rest of The Coalition came out and celebrated with Christian as Warfare went off the air.
