Drew, EBWF's senior cameraman, took Charly Caruso's cue and fired up the camera from their position backstage. Charly was set in front of an EBWF backdrop. She was wearing a tight fitting dress with an EBWF skull pin on the left shoulder.

Charly Caruso: We're hours away from EBWF Warfare, a guaranteed memorable show as the Gateway Championship tournament semi-finals will include a rare treat. A match between friends and tag team partners, Randy Orton and Edge. Joining me tonight is one half of that team. He is the master of the RKO and the longest reigning EBWF World Champion in history, it's Randy Orton.

The camera zooms out a far distance so it can get both the 6'4" Randy and the 5'4" Charly in the same shot. Randy steps in next to Charly, looking off into the distance as he checks his watch.

Charly Caruso: Randy, your career in a lot of ways has been defined by being one half of the longest standing tag teams in EBWF history in Rated RKO. Together you and Edge have done it all here. Now, in something of a unicorn match, you and Edge will face each other, one on one, to determine who goes to the finals in the Gateway Championship tournament.

Randy nodded silently, scratching his chin in contemplation. Charly waited to see if he would speak up, but then continued with a question.

Charly Caruso: Given how long the two of you have been tag team partners, do you believe that affords you an advantage when formulating a strategy?

Randy scrunched his lips in contemplation, mulling that question over. Still though, he remained utterly silent. Charly fidgeted a little in the awkward silence.

Charly Caruso: Randy? Er... any thoughts?

Randy, deep in thought, completely ignored her prompt. He looked off into the distance, and gave Charly a smug grin. Confused, she turned and ended up face-to-pectoral with Randy's partner in crime, Edge. She looked up at the Canadian superstar who's eyes were locked with Randy's. The camera zoomed out again to see the full picture of the two tag partners staring each other down. Charly quickly thrusted her mic northward, placing it between the two soon-to-be opponents.

Charly Caruso: Edge, do you have any words for your tag team partner, who you will be facing in a match tonight?

Charly continued to ineffectually hold the microphone up in front of Rated RKO. The silence was deafening. Edge and Randy stared at each other for enough time to make it awkward with Charly continuing to hold the microphone. Finally, Edge and Randy simultaneously reached out and shook each other's hand. Charly stood silently as the two looked at her, smirked, and walked off without having said a single word on the matter. Charly watched them depart with a deep sigh as the EBWF logo flashed along the bottom and the interview faded to black.
