MATCH ONE

Joey Styles: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to EBWF Survivor Series!

Corey Graves: I'm Corey Graves, alongside the legendary voice behind the mic, Joey Styles. The turkey has been carved, the EBWF Superstars are ready to go, and we are on our way to an insane holiday season, but first, the fall classic, Survivor Series.

James Ellsworth came to the ring to kick off the show without his tag team partner Slyck Wagner Brown.

Joey Styles: Ellsworth and his new tag team partner might make a splash in our tag division here soon, but tonight it looks like James is going it alone, Corey!

"Say It to My Face!" brought the arrival of Alex Riley. The Miz was accompanying him to the ring, and the crowd was giving a mixed reaction.

Joey Styles: I'm already sick of this! No one wants to see The Miz being a glorified valet for Alex Riley!

Corey Graves: I don't know what you're talking about Joey! We've never seen Miz so quiet.

Survivor Series' first match kicked off with the bell ringing, and Ellsworth was in control early on. Riley slowed things down by leaving the ring, which caused the crowd to boo. They were outside the ring, and James Ellsworth went up to the barricade and came flying at Riley with a big kick to the chest. Miz yelled at Ellsworth, distracting him, and Riley clipped the knee.

Joey Styles: Did Miz just help A-Ry?

Corey Graves: Just enough, would you look at that!

Riley worked on the knee of Ellsworth, but Ellsworth got away and went at him with hard chops. With Ellsworth punching him by the turnbuckle, Riley kicked the leg to knock Ellsworth down. Ellsworth followed up with a boot to the face and then he sent Riley to the floor. Riley tripped him up and slammed Ellsworth’s left leg into the ring post two times. Riley kept working on the left knee and Ellsworth came back with a huge clothesline. Ellsworth clothesline sent Riley over the top to the floor followed by Ellsworth hitting a flip dive over the top to take out Riley. Back in the ring, Ellsworth hit a Michinoku Driver for a two count. Riley went for the Figure Four Leglock, Ellsworth got a cradle for two, Riley hit a DDT and that got him a two count. Riley hit three running dropkicks in the corner and then he hit a corner clothesline. Ellsworth came back with a super kick for two.

Joey Styles: Not enough!

Ellsworth did a quick rollup for two. Riley got to his feet and walked into a suplex by Ellsworth into the turnbuckle. Ellsworth missed another super kick and Riley applied the Figure Four Leglock. Ellsworth tried to fight it off, but Riley applied more pressure, causing Ellsworth to tap!

Corey Graves: That's it! It's over! What a match to kick off Survivor Series!

Joey Styles: What is next for Alex Riley?

MATCH TWO

“SAWFT is a Sin” by CFO$ blasted throughout the arena as Enzo Amore came from behind the curtain to a roar from the crowd. He carried a microphone and as he made his way to the stairs he began his usual schtick and had the crowd in the palm of his hand. Enzo finished and “Worlds Apart” by CFO$ hit and the crowd got the loudest it had all night. Sami danced his way to the ring and got into it. The ref started the match and the two locked up, Sami being the more technical got the upper hand in the collar and elbow until Enzo got fed up and just hit Sami in the mouth.

Corey Graves: Wow! What a sock in the mouth!

Joey Styles: You don’t go technical in Hackensack Corey!

After a while Enzo had the upper hand as he used his smaller stature to his advantage. He threw Sami into the corner and signalled for the Tornado DDT. He got onto the second rope and began to spin until Sami countered it into a Northern Lights Suplex, covered him for a 2 count. Enzo began to scramble and got caught by two clotheslines in a row from Sami. SEGMENT

As the Survivor Series event rolled on, the lights inside of the arena turned off, with focus turning to the stage. There was a bit of confusion as to what was going on, with the stage turning blue and the lights slowly turning on and then from out of nowhere…GLORIOUS! Blasted the PA system and instantly, fans knew what was coming.

Corey Graves: Here it is, Joey! This is it! Bobby Roode is here to compete tonight at Survivor Series!

Joey Styles: I can’t wait to see who he and JR have brought over to this company, I’ve heard this open challenge is featuring some of the finest talents from all over the globe!

Eventually, Roode stepped on the stage with his arms beside him, showing off his black and red robe with Roode stitched on the back, looking unfazed as he made his way out to make his debut.

Christy Hemme: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is an open challenge, scheduled for one fall! Making his way to the ring and making his debut, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at 235 pounds, the glorious…Bobby Roode!

He slowly walked down the ramp looking confident, and smug.

Corey Graves: Now THAT, is what an EBWF superstar should look like, Joey. NOW it feels like tonight is Survivor Series!

He got into the ring, circling it as he held his arms out wide. Finally, he took off his robe and ordered the referee to put it ringside very carefully. He began to stretch, as his music faded out with fans wondering who the first opponent will be, following his week-long worldwide tour with JR, to find the best talent possible. Roode looked at the stage confidently, with the fans also wondering who it could be, eventually, generic rock music started to play as a skinny-looking, long-haired figure ran on to the stage, leaving everybody a little underwhelmed.

Christy Hemme: And his opponent, from Brooklyn, New York, weighing in at 205 pounds…Johnny Knockout!

Joey Styles: What the hell is that?!

Corey Graves: What do you mean what the hell is that?! Haven’t you ever heard the term don’t judge a book by its cover? Johnny Knockout could pick up a win and this time next year, he could be the EBWF World Champion for all you know!

The camera focused on him as he confidently ran into the ring, standing opposite a focused-looking Roode, who told the referee to get him away from him, the referee then called for the bell and Roode charged forward with a massive clothesline that looked like it snapped him in half.

Joey Styles: Sure, World Champion material right there. This isn’t going to end well.

Roode grabbed his arm and stood him up, looking as if he was already knocked out. Roode looked in his face and taunted him, before eating a huge slam which made him stumble back to the fans’ surprise.

Joey Styles: Oh now it looks like this kid has some fight in him!

Roode charged towards him and kicked him in the gut, lifting him up and hitting a huge Glorious Bomb in the middle of the ring.

Joey Styles: Okay, maybe not.

The referee went for the three count, and Roode clearly played the EBWF Universe by picking up an easy win, although he started to act like he was in an hour-long battle. Holding his neck in pain, asking the referee to help him up as he raised his arm in victory.

Christy Hemme: Your winner, the glorious…Bobby Roode!

Corey Graves: That lived up to all of our expectations! Now that is how you mark a debut! The EBWF locker room better watch out because the glorious Bobby Roode has arrived! And it only gets better, his open challenge continues next week!

Joey Styles: Yeah, I’m sure he has some of the finest athletes lined up.

Roode sarcastically held his ribs as he walked up the ramp, wiping away the non-existent sweat as he raised his arms in victory signalling that he was one and zero in the EBWF.

Orton, still favoring his shoulder, tapped his wrist and mouthed "It's time." Edge nodded, gave the two opponents in the ring a quick two fingered salute, and the two began exiting up the ramp. Havoc watched them, incensed.

Joey Styles: Hey, wait a minute, what the hell is going on?

Corey Graves: You've got to be kidding me.

Randy shrugged casually as they got up to the entrance area at which point they waved and disappeared behind the curtain. The referee was already at 5 as the crowd chanted along.

Joey Styles: Rated RKO have left the match out of nowhere!

Corey Graves: I'm telling you Joey. Rated RKO got tired of playing the game for belts that they're not interested in, and they're bailing on the crowd!

The audience gave a mixed reaction to the two World Champions leaving the match suddenly. Havoc kicked the rope as the referee got to 10 and called for the bell.

Joey Styles: Well, Broken have successfully retained the EBWF Tag Team Championships! Though I'm not sure it was in the way they wanted!
