After scoring a huge upset victory over MJF, Max Caster had qualified for the King of the Ring quarter finals! A win over Christian Cage would mean a place in the semi final, and a spot on the Total Supremacy pay-per-view. Caster was determined not to falter now, and as part of firing himself up, he had put more effort than usual into his pre-match rap.
Caster and Christian were opening the show, and just minutes after the opening intro for Warfare, The Acclaimed’s music hit. Max Caster and Anthony Bowens got a huge reaction from the crowd, and before he started speaking, Caster couldn’t help but smile. At the start of the year, it felt like his journey in EBWF was coming to an end. But after surprising a lot of people with an impressive performance in the Last Survivor match, then getting to the final 8 of the King of the Ring tournament, things definitely felt like they were on the up. He took a moment to enjoy the atmosphere inside the arena, then Caster began to speak.
Max Caster: Yo! Listen, listen!
Christian Cage, you think that you’re the master,
But we haven’t forgotten, you’re a creepy little b*****d!
Obsessed with Alexa Bliss, man just leave that girl alone,
Truth is that you hate her cause she won’t throw you a bone!
Your career is winding down, worth less than a Canadian Dollar,
Since signing for EBWF, you’ve lost more times than Brooklyn Brawler!
You’re a former Breakout Champ here, but you broke out in 99,
So step aside old man, this ain’t your time no more, it’s mine!
I broke out at Last Survivor, made it to the final four,
But that just made me hungry, made me want glory even more!
I upset MJF last week, getting closer the crown,
So I ain’t letting Christian stop me… b***h, you’re going down!
You’re lucky you made it this far Cage, your journey ends with me.
Platinum Max has got your number son, Mic Drop then 1-2-3!
The crowd seemed to love Caster’s rap, and there was a huge reaction from the crowd as he handed the microphone to Anthony Bowens. Before uttering his catchphrase, Bowens nodded at Caster, making it clear to his tag team partner and best friend that he had nailed it with his pre-match performance.
Anthony Bowens: Linnnnncolnnnnnn, Nebrassssskaaaaaa! The Acclaimed have arrived! Scissor me, my future King!
Bowens “scissored” Caster, then patted him on the back as Caster slid into the ring.
