Joey Styles: Well up next, we've got two superstars competing who have both made a tremendous start to their EBWF careers. Timothy Thatcher is undefeated since signing for the EBWF, but tonight he goes up against the leader of The Broken, Jimmy Havoc. Who will walk out of Houston with the Breakout Title!

Corey Graves: I can't wait to see these two go at it, Joey. This won't be a wrestling match, it will be a fight!

"Spitfire" by The Prodigy hit and Thatcher came out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. When Thatcher had entered the ring, "The Broken" by Lit hit, and the crowd booed as Jimmy Havoc stepped out onto the stage. Once Havoc was in the ring, he held up the Breakout Title, then handed it to the referee, who held it in the air once more before calling for the bell. Havoc swung a right hand at Thatcher, trying to catch him off guard, but Thatcher reacted quickly and blocked it, then took Havoc down to the mat and applied the Fujiwara armbar! Havoc cried out in pain, but he was able to reach the ropes.

Joey Styles: Oh my god! This match could have been over in a matter of seconds!

Havoc seemed to realise that, and as Thatcher broke the hold, the Breakout Champion exited the ring. Thatcher challenged Havoc to get back in the ring, and Havoc walked up the ring steps... but then jumped down, causing the crowd to boo. Havoc laughed, then challenged Thatcher to join him outside the ring. Thatcher obliged, rolling out of the ring, but as he turned to face Havoc, Havoc hit him with a knee to the midsection. Havoc then slammed Thatcher's head against the steel steps, before hitting a DDT outside the ring. The referee was counting both men out, and Havoc re-entered the ring at the count of 5.

Corey Graves: This could be it now Joey, unless Thatcher can recover before the referee reaches the ten count!

The referee continued counting, but as he got to 8, Thatcher got to his feet, and rolled back into the ring as the referee counted 9. Havoc stomped on Thatcher several times, trying to keep him grounded, but Thatcher grabbed his foot, then applied a double leg takedown and punched Havoc against the mat several times.
